Dark Milk Woodblock Chocolate

Dark Milk:
This is a gateway chocolate. Some people only eat dark
chocolate and some people only eat milk chocolate.
This dark milk is where nobody is safe and everyone is happy.
We call it a dark milk because it is 60% cacao. That is a lot
of cacao for a milk chocolate. We use our Peruvian cacao.
It would require teams of poets to accurately describe not
only the taste but the feeling this chocolate inspires. It is
clean and soft and smooth and has a little hint of a bite.
It rides a tempered caramel sweetness that will make your
endorphins want to unionize.
Ingredients: cacao, cane sugar, whole milk powder,
cocoa butter
