Double Origin Woodblock Chocolate

Double Origin, 70% Cacao

Our double origin chocolate is a thoughtful blend of
Ecuadorian and Peruvian cacao. This is a case where 1+1=3.
Our goal was to find a blend that would combine to hit a
flavor profile we had in mind. This is a different approach
than our single origin efforts. A single origin bean
guides the process that culminates in a flavor symphony
dictated by the opportunities we discover in the fruit.
The process of the blend was guided by the final flavor
zone we were hoping to hit. And we hit it. We made a
chocolate that is better than the sum of its parts.
It has a balanced but dynamic flavor that offers a nod to
your expectations before it takes you on a chocolate ship ride
that will make you question everything. The double origin
blend is showcased in a floral wrapper celebrating the
City of Roses! So pretty and so tasty! It is also the base
chocolate for our flavored bars, (sesame, salt, salt & nib).
